一、我們收集的資料
我們僅收集提供服務所必要的資料：
1. 帳戶信息：姓名、電郵地址、密碼（加密存儲）、性別、生日、時區、所在地區。
2. 睡眠記錄：您主動記錄的睡眠/起床時間、質量評分、ISI/PSQI 問卷答案及備注。
3. 夢境日記：您主動記錄的夢境描述、AI 解析結果、分類及標簽。
4. 使用記錄：功能使用次數、訪問時間、裝置類型，用於改善服務質量。
5. 訂閱信息：訂閱狀態、產品 ID、到期日。付款由 Apple App Store（iOS）或 Google Play（Android）處理，我們不存儲支付信息。
6. 裝置信息：裝置型號、操作系統版本、App 版本，用於排查技術問題。
一（補）、系統權限說明
本 App 在特定功能中需申請以下系統權限，我們僅在必要時使用，且不存儲任何相關原始數據：
攝像頭（Camera）：用於掃描 QR Code，以便快速添加家人監測關係或其他需要掃碼的功能。攝像頭僅在您主動觸發掃碼操作時啟動，App 不會拍攝、錄製或存儲任何圖像。攝像頭圖像數據不上傳服務器，僅在本地即時識別 QR Code 內容後立即丟棄。
二、資料使用目的
1. 提供個性化 AI 睡眠建議（AI Coach 功能）。
2. 分析夢境內容，提供 AI 解析。
3. 計算睡眠效率、ISI 失眠嚴重程度及 PSQI 睡眠質量指數。
4. 管理您的 VIP 訂閱狀態及功能訪問權限。
5. 發送與服務相關的重要通知（如訂閱到期提醒）。
6. 改進 App 功能，修復技術問題。
三、第三方資料共享
我們僅在以下情況與受信任的合作方共享必要資料：
1. Apple Inc.：通過 App Store 處理 iOS 訂閱付款及驗證收據。您的付款信息由 Apple 管理，適用 Apple 隱私政策。
2. Google LLC：通過 Google Play 處理 Android 訂閱付款及驗證收據。您的付款信息由 Google 管理，適用 Google 隱私政策。
3. 雲端服務商：我們使用雲端服務器安全存儲您的數據，服務商受保密協議約束，不得將數據用於其他目的。
4. Moonshot AI 及 Alibaba Qwen：用於生成 AI 睡眠建議及夢境解析。傳輸前，個人身份識別信息（姓名、電郵、用戶 ID）已被移除。傳輸內容僅包括您主動填寫的睡眠日記描述及夢境文字，不包含生物特徵、位置或支付信息，且不用於廣告定向或用戶畫像。
我們絕不出售、出租或向廣告商共享您的個人資料。
四、健康相關數據特別說明
睡眠數據屬於健康敏感資料，受到特別保護：
1. 睡眠日記和夢境記錄不與保險、僱主或政府機構共享。
2. 不用於廣告定向或任何商業變現。
3. 所有數據在傳輸和存儲中均採用加密保護。
4. 僅 AI 分析引擎訪問您的睡眠數據以生成個人化建議。
五、數據安全與存儲
1. 所有數據通過 HTTPS/TLS 加密傳輸。
2. 密碼使用業界標準哈希算法加密存儲，我們無法查看您的密碼。
3. 數據存儲在符合安全標準的雲端服務器。
4. 如發生數據洩露，我們將在 72 小時內通知受影響用戶。
六、您的權利
1. 查閱權：您可隨時查看本 App 中存儲的所有個人數據。
2. 更正權：您可在「個人資料」頁面更正不準確的信息。
3. 刪除權：可在「個人資料 數據管理」中刪除記錄，或申請完全刪除帳戶。
4. 導出權：VIP 用戶可將睡眠數據導出為 PDF、CSV 及 Excel 報告。
5. 拒絕處理權：可通過關閉 AI 分析功能，拒絕 AI 處理您的睡眠數據。

七、數據保留期限
1. 活躍帳戶期間保留所有您提交的數據。
2. 帳戶刪除後在 30 日內完全清除您的個人數據。

4. 匿名化統計數據（不含個人識別信息）可能保留以改善服務。
八、兒童隱私
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童，亦不故意收集其個人信息。如我們發現已收集到兒童數據，將立即刪除。如您認為您的孩子向我們提供了個人信息，請聯繫 [email protected]。
九、隱私政策更新

This Privacy Policy applies to Slumber Copilot (the "App"). Please read it carefully before use, especially the sections on health data collection and third-party sharing. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Core Commitment: Your sleep diary and dream data belong entirely to you. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data for any commercial purpose.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide our services:
1. Account Info: Name, email, password (encrypted), gender, birthday, timezone, region.
2. Sleep Records: Sleep/wake times, quality ratings, ISI/PSQI answers, notes you actively record.
3. Dream Journal: Dream descriptions, AI interpretation results, categories and tags.
4. Usage Data: Feature usage counts, access times, device type to improve service quality.
5. Subscription Info: Subscription status, product ID, expiry date. Payments processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android); we don't store payment details.
6. Device Info: Device model, OS version, App version for technical troubleshooting.
1a. App Permissions
The App requests the following system permissions only when needed for specific features. No raw sensor data is stored or uploaded:
Camera: Used to scan QR codes for quickly adding family sleep monitoring connections or other QR-code-based flows. The camera is activated only when you explicitly trigger a scan. The App does not capture, record, or store any images. Camera image data is processed locally in real time to decode the QR code and is immediately discarded — it is never uploaded to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
1. Provide personalized AI sleep coaching (AI Coach feature).
2. Analyze dream content and deliver AI interpretations.
3. Calculate sleep efficiency, ISI insomnia severity, and PSQI sleep quality index.
4. Manage your VIP subscription status and feature access.
5. Send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription expiry reminders).
6. Improve App features and resolve technical issues.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We only share necessary data with trusted partners in the following circumstances:
1. Apple Inc.: Processes iOS subscription payments and verifies receipts via App Store. Payment information is managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
2. Google LLC: Processes Android subscription payments and verifies receipts via Google Play. Payment information is managed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Cloud Service Provider: We use cloud servers to securely store your data. Providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
4. Moonshot AI and Alibaba Qwen: Used to generate AI sleep coaching and dream diary analysis. Before transmission, all personally identifiable information (name, email, user ID) is removed. Only user-entered sleep diary and dream text content is transmitted, excluding biometric data, location, or payment information. Data is not used for advertising or user profiling.
We will NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
4. Health Data Special Notice
Sleep data is health-sensitive and receives special protection:
1. Sleep diaries and dream records are never shared with insurance companies, employers, or government agencies.
2. Not used for targeted advertising or any commercial monetization.
3. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Only the AI analysis engine accesses your sleep data to generate personalized recommendations.
5. Data Security & Storage
1. All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
2. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing; we cannot see your password.
3. Data is stored on security-compliant cloud servers.
4. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
6. Your Rights
1. Right to Access: View all personal data stored in the App at any time.
2. Right to Correction: Correct inaccurate information on the Profile page.
3. Right to Deletion: Delete records via Profile Data Management, or request full account deletion.
4. Right to Export: VIP users can export sleep data as PDF, CSV, and Excel reports.
5. Right to Object: Opt out of AI processing by disabling the AI analysis feature.

7. Data Retention
1. All data you submit is retained while your account is active.
2. Personal data is fully erased within 30 days after account deletion.
3. Financial records (subscriptions) are retained for 7 years as required by law.
4. Anonymized statistics (no personal identifiers) may be retained to improve service.
8. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately. Contact [email protected] if you believe your child has provided us with personal information.
9. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. We will notify you at least 30 days before material changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
